Refund policy

Your satisfaction with your Celtic Clans purchase is of the upmost importance to us. If for any reason you wish to return a piece that you've purchased, your first action should always be to make contact with us directly by emailing

It is the buyer's responsibility to inform us of any breakages or missing items within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. All breakages on delivery must be notified to the delivery driver on receipt of goods.

If we have made an error when creating your order, we will ship a corrected replacement, along with apologies, as a matter of priority.

We provide a PDF proof to all paid customer for sign-off first, before we proceed to shipping. We cannot offer any refunds and/or returns to buyer's who are subsequently not happy with the design they receive after they have signed-off.

If you have made an error in any personalisation details you supplied when you placed your order, that order cannot be refunded as it is now personalised and cannot be resold by us. We will however offer a discounted rate to recreate a corrected order, should you so wish.
